目的探讨胃癌组织中EGFR、Her-2、C-met、IGF-1R基因表达水平与胃癌患者病理类型和TNM分期的关系。方法选取本院2005年9月-2014年9月行经病理确诊的晚期胃癌患者80例。采用SP法检测EGFR、Her-2、C-met、IGF-1R蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达,探讨各蛋白表达水平与胃癌病理类型及肿瘤分期的关系。结果印戒细胞患者C-met、Her-2、IGF-1R阳性率均高于低分化腺癌、管状腺癌以及乳头状腺癌患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);伴有淋巴结转移的患者C-met、EGFR、Her-2、IGF-1R阳性率高于无淋巴结转移患者,TNMⅣ期患者各基因表达阳性率均高于TNMⅢ期患者,细胞低分化患者各基因阳性表达率高于中分化、高分化患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C-met、EGFR、Her-2、IGF-1R水平与TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈正相关,与细胞分化程度呈负相关。结论胃癌组织中EGFR、Her-2、C-met、IGF-1R基因表达水平与胃癌病理类型、胃癌的分化程度、TNM分期等因素密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of EGFR, Her-2, C-met and IGF-1R in gastric cancer and the pathological type and TNM stage of gastric cancer. Methods Eighty patients with advanced gastric cancer diagnosed by pathology in our hospital from September 2005 to September 2014 were selected. The expression of EGFR, Her-2, C-met and IGF-1R in gastric cancer tissues was detected by SP method and the relationship between the expression of each protein and the pathological types of gastric cancer and tumor staging were analyzed. Results The positive rates of C-met, Her-2 and IGF-1R in signet ring cells were significantly higher than those in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, tubular adenocarcinoma and papillary adenocarcinoma (P <0.05) The positive rate of C-met, EGFR, Her-2 and IGF-1R in metastatic patients was higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis. The positive rate of each gene in TNMⅣpatients was higher than that in TNMⅢpatients, and the positive rate of each gene in poorly differentiated cells In differentiated and well-differentiated patients, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of C-met, EGFR, Her-2 and IGF-1R were positively correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis, but negatively correlated with cell differentiation. Conclusion The expression of EGFR, Her-2, C-met and IGF-1R in gastric cancer is closely related to the pathological type of gastric cancer, the differentiation of gastric cancer and TNM stage.
