在开放教育环境的时代背景下,电大系统不仅有大学校园特有的规范性、教育性、创新性、传承性等基本特性,还有着自身独具魅力的校园特色文化。主要表现在内容的融合性、服务的宽泛性、方式的开放性。构建中国特色社会主义价值体系、鲜明的时代特征与电大系统的校园特色相融合的校园文化,不仅符合培养社会复合型人才的时代要求,还对文化强国的建设有着积极的促进作用。目前,开放教育环境下特色校园文化的建设逐渐获得了电大系统的关注,并开展了积极的研究探索,论文就开放教育环境下特色校园文化建设存在的理解性偏差进行相应的分析,同时提出了特色校园文化在开放教育环境下的建设方法。
