科技信息技术的不断发展促使现代社会呈现出了信息化的发展方式,信息在传递方式、处理方式以及交流方式等方面也呈现出了多样化,口语则是其表达和传递的最为直接、最为便捷的手段。口语交际能力成为了现代公民日常交流的重要方式,同时在语文素质以及语文能力的培养过程中也具有十分重要的作用。作为现代少儿群体的重要部分,智障儿童在智力发展方面落后于同龄时期的儿童,使得其缺乏口语交际能力,这就使得其在实际的口语交际中存在着困难。本文主要分析智障学生口语表达能力训练的教学策略。

Oral communicative competence has become an important way for modern citizens to communicate on a daily basis. It also plays a very important role in the process of developing Chinese qualities and language skills. As an important part of the modern children’s groups, mentally retarded children lag behind children of their age in their intellectual development, making them lack of oral communicative competence, which makes it difficult for them to practice oral communication. This article mainly analyzes the teaching strategies of training Oral Ability of Mentally Handicapped students.
