高职院校学生职业认同感的培养关系着学生将来的专业发展高度和职业幸福。因社会、家庭及学校多方面原因,高职学生入学专业的选择及学习对职业认同感培养存在局限性。书院制教育创新了人才培养模式,为高职院校学生职业认同感培养提供了可能。结合高职学生专业教育融入通识教育,学科教学结合生活教育,通过转变观念、规范管理、优化资源、丰富活动及队伍建设,促进学生职业意愿、职业价值感、职业意志力的生成和提升,为学生走向社会、发展自我奠定基础。
The cultivation of students’ professional identity in vocational colleges is related to the future professional development and professional happiness of the students. Due to many reasons, such as social, family and school, the choice and study of vocational majors have limited their professional identity training.
