目前,众多地方高校开设了法学专业。法学是应用性极强的学科,加强法学专业实践教学基地建设对于地方高校具有特别的意义。本文分析了地方高校法学专业实践教学基地建设和运行过程中存在的现实问题,探求其内在原因,并提出了相应的变革策略,即模块设计和总体衔接并重,毕业实习和平时实习兼顾,既要考察结果、也要考察过程,既要评估学生、也要评估基地,以及引进专门师资,增加相应资金,以期推动地方高校法学专业实践教学基地的建设进程。
At present, many local colleges and universities have opened law schools. Law is a highly applied subject, and strengthening the construction of law practice teaching base is of particular significance to local colleges and universities. This article analyzes the practical problems existing in the process of construction and operation of law major in local universities and colleges, probes into its internal causes and puts forward corresponding strategies for transformation. That is, both the module design and the overall convergence should be taken into consideration. The results also need to examine the process, it is necessary to assess the students, but also to assess the base, as well as the introduction of specialized teachers, increase the corresponding funds, with a view to promoting local colleges and universities law practice teaching base construction process.
