企业以人为本的管理理念是把人作为管理的核心,通过各种激励措施,充分发挥其工作的积极性和创造性,鼓励员工实现企业发展管理思想的预期目标。打造这样的内控环境建设,在新的内部组织结构下,构建以人为本的企业文化,提高企业内部控制的内部控制能力,提高内部控制环境建设意义重大。本文将企业以人为本的管理思想应用到内部控制环境设计中,以期对企业的内部控制环境建设提供一种新的思路。
