目前,国际汽车行业呈现高收入、低利润的特点。而我国汽车行业则呈现低收入、高利润的特点。从全球的平均数据看,国际行业平均利润率仅为3%~5%。而有关部门公布的数据显示,国内汽车行业利润率在10%~15%。高利润的表象掩盖了管理漏洞和各种浪费,所以导致国内汽车厂和供应商对ERP、供应链等优化管理的措施不重视。纵观全球汽车及零部件配套关系特点,欧洲是零部件制造企业与整车企业相互独立;美国是零部件逐步从整车企业中剥离出来,成为独立的零部件制造商,并向全球提供产品;日本是零部件企业得到整车企业的资金和技术支持,保持长期稳定的供货关系;
