为探寻增视的黄斑裂孔封闭方法，对黄斑裂孔４３眼（包括特发性黄斑裂孔２０眼，外伤性黄斑裂孔６眼，黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离１７眼），玻璃体切除术后采用自体浓缩血小板封孔２０～３０％ＳＦ６注入。结果：术后视力＞０．１者：特发性黄斑裂孔为１００％，外伤性黄斑裂孔为８３．３％，黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离为４１．２％。术后最好视力：特发性黄斑裂孔为１．０，外伤性黄斑裂孔为０．２，黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离为０．２。结论：自体浓缩血小板用于黄斑裂孔的封闭是可行的，有效的。
In order to explore the method of increasing macular hole closure, 43 eyes of macular hole (including 20 eyes with idiopathic macular hole, 6 eyes with traumatic macular hole and 17 eyes with macular hole retinal detachment) were treated with autologous concentrated platelet sealing 20 ~ 30% SF6 injection. Results: Postoperative visual acuity> 0.1: 100% for idiopathic macular hole, 83.3% for traumatic macular hole, and 41.2% for macular hole retinal detachment. The best postoperative visual acuity: 1.0 for idiopathic macular hole, 0.2 for traumatic macular hole, 0.2 for macular hole retinal detachment. Conclusion: It is feasible and effective to use autologous concentrated platelets for the closure of macular holes.
