一在我国教育期刊的园林中,远距离教育期刊占着一席之地。远距离教育期刊与其他教育期刊相比,虽然很年轻,很稚嫩,但它却有强大的生命力。我国的远距离教育从1952年中国人民大学创办函授教育开始,已有40年的历史了。40年来,在党和政府的关怀领导下,尤其党的十一届三中全会以来,远距离教育有了很大的发展。远距离教育期刊在宣传远距离教育,扩大其影响方面无疑起到了重要作用。据不完全统计,目前国内各种远距离教育期刊已发展到80多种。如何办好远距离教育期刊,不断提高刊物质量,是一个值得研究的重要问题。笔者认为,办好远距离教育期刊的关键是提高编辑人员的素质。因为,办好期刊,提高刊物质量,增强刊物特色,每一环节都离不开编辑人员的刻苦努力,特别是离不开素质好、修养高、具有一定聪明才智和不辞辛苦笔耕的编辑。
In our garden of education journals, long-distance education journals occupy a place. Compared with other educational journals, long-distance education journals are very young and immature, but they have strong vitality. The long-distance education in our country started 40 years ago from the founding of correspondence education of Renmin University of China in 1952. For 40 years, under the leadership of the party and the government, especially since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, there has been a great development in distance education. Long-distance education journals undoubtedly play an important role in promoting long-distance education and expanding its influence. According to incomplete statistics, at present, various domestic long-distance education journals have developed to more than 80 kinds. How to do a good job of long-distance education journals, and constantly improve the quality of publications, is an important issue worth studying. The author believes that the key to running long-range education journals is to improve the quality of editors. Because, well run periodicals, improve the quality of publications, enhance the characteristics of the publication, every link is inseparable from the hard work of the editors, in particular, is inseparable from the good quality, self-cultivation, with some cleverness and painstakingly written editor.
