目的探讨津力达颗粒(JLG)对胰岛素抵抗(IR)模型SD大鼠的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养12周诱导SD大鼠IR模型。成功建模25只,分为A组(模型对照,7只)、B组(JLG 1.4g/kg灌胃,9只)和C组(二甲双胍265mg/kg灌胃,9只)。取9只SD大鼠作为空白对照(D)组。干预10周后,行腹腔糖耐量试验,计算IR指数(HOMA-IR)和胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。检测血清糖、脂代谢相关指标;处死大鼠,取肝脏组织行HE及油红O染色。结果与D组相比,A组存在明显糖脂代谢紊乱。与A组相比,B组糖、脂代谢明显改善,HOMA-IR降低,ISI增加(P<0.05)。B组肝脏脂肪变性程度较A组明显减轻。结论 JLG可通过改善糖、脂代谢、调控炎症因子分泌和减少脂质异位堆积改善模型SD大鼠的IR。
Objective To investigate the effect of JLG on insulin resistance (IR) model rats. Methods The IR model of SD rats was induced by high fat diet for 12 weeks. A total of 25 rats were divided into group A (model control, n = 7), group B (n = 9) and group B (n = 9). Nine SD rats were taken as blank control group (D). After intervention for 10 weeks, the peritoneal glucose tolerance test was performed and the index of HOMA-IR and ISI were calculated. The indexes of serum glucose and lipid metabolism were detected. The rats were sacrificed and the liver tissue was taken for HE and oil red O staining. Results Compared with group D, group A had obvious disturbance of glucose and lipid metabolism. Compared with group A, the glucose and lipid metabolism of group B were significantly improved, HOMA-IR was decreased and ISI was increased (P <0.05). B group of liver steatosis than A group significantly reduced. Conclusion JLG can improve the IR of model SD rats by improving glucose and lipid metabolism, regulating the secretion of inflammatory cytokines and reducing the accumulation of lipid.
