1998年9月26日上午,出生于台湾彰化的奥地利籍女指挥家张培豫,在北京市大通律师事务所刘大炜、尹树东两位律师的陪同下,早早来到北京市朝阳区人民法院。中国交响乐团副总经理王玉民及委托代理人、北京大学法律学系副教授孙东东、讲师张文生也按时来到法院。这一天,是法院首次审理张培豫起诉中国交响乐团侵害其名誉权的日子。 1998年1月15日,张培豫向北京市朝阳区人民法院递交了她的起诉书。在起诉书中,她就中国交响乐团于1997年11月21日在《中国文化报》和《音乐生活报》刊登声明一事,提出自己的诉讼请

Wang Yumin, deputy general manager of China National Symphony Orchestra and his agent, Sun Dongdong, an associate professor of law at Peking University, and Zhang Wensheng, a lecturer, came to the court on time.
