目的对34例行颈椎病前路减压植骨术的糖尿病患者的全程护理措施进行总结,探讨全程护理措施的重要性。方法选取该院自2013年6月—2015年7月收治的合并糖尿病的颈椎病手术患者进行全程护理措施,对患者术后恢复情况进行随访。结果该组34例患者血糖稳定,颈椎病临床征状和体征术后均有显著改善和痊愈,无感染、伤口不愈合、神经功能损害、褥疮、泌尿系统并发症等。结论进行全程护理措施的患者均恢复良好,全程护理措施对提高糖尿病人颈椎前路减压植骨手术疗效具有重要作用。
Objective To summarize the full range of nursing measures of 34 patients with diabetes who underwent anterior decompression and bone grafting of cervical spondylosis in order to discuss the importance of the whole nursing measures. Methods The patients with cervical spondylosis complicated with diabetes treated in our hospital from June 2013 to July 2015 were enrolled in this study. The patients were followed up for postoperative recovery. Results The group of 34 patients with stable blood glucose, clinical symptoms and signs of cervical spondylosis have significantly improved and recovered, no infection, wound healing, nerve dysfunction, bedsores, urinary complications. Conclusion All patients undergoing full-scale nursing measures recovered well. The whole nursing measures played an important role in improving the curative effect of anterior cervical decompression and grafting.
