目的:将血脂与糖化血红蛋白进行联合检测,观察并探讨其二者之间的关系以及对糖尿病的诊断与治疗所具有的意义。方法:监测分析53例糖耐量正常者(NGT组)、57例糖尿病患者(DM组)的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、血脂(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)的水平。结果:DM组的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、血脂多个指标(TC、TG、LDL-C)的水平都比NGT组高,只有HDL-C的水平是较低的,其差异在统计学上具有意义。同时,DM组的糖化血红蛋白增加的同时,空腹血糖也是随之而增加的。结论:将血脂与糖化血红蛋白进行联合检测,这是有利于临床诊断以及治疗糖尿病的。
OBJECTIVE: To detect and discuss the relationship between serum lipids and HbA1c and to explore the significance of the relationship between them and the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus. Methods: The levels of HbA1c, fasting blood glucose, blood lipids (TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C) in 53 patients with normal glucose tolerance (NGT group) and 57 DM patients (DM group) Results: The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose and blood lipids (TC, TG, LDL-C) in DM group were all higher than those in NGT group, only HDL-C level was lower, and the difference was statistically significance. At the same time, DM group of glycated hemoglobin increased at the same time, fasting blood glucose also increased. Conclusion: The combined detection of blood lipids and glycated hemoglobin, which is conducive to clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.
