我院肩负着1个集镇,11个行政村,112个自然村,5563户,23874人口,方圆十几公里内的防病治病、卫生保健、计划生育节育手术及村卫生室管理等社会服务工作。在面临人才缺乏,投入不足,设备简陋,技术滞后,经济效益低的状况下,我们注重枢纽自身建设,增强枢纽整体功能,在深化改革,加强管理,坚持集体,狠抓效益方面下功夫。1 深化改革,增强活力1.1 实行院长负责制实行院长负责制增强了院长法人代表责任感。为加强民主管理,发挥人人参政议政,院建立由各科室负责人参加的院务会。凡事在决策前,听取院务会研讨意见,后由院长决策,工作做到言行有果,克服以往议事多、决策少,互相推诿,无人负责,办事效率低的工作作风。
