目的测定2010—2011年深圳市售蔬菜中铅、镉的含量,并进行污染状况评价。方法利用石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅、镉含量,采用单因子污染指数法对不同蔬菜类别的污染状况进行评价。结果 2年里共采集6类蔬菜340份样品,铅符合国家标准的有320份,镉符合国家标准的有335份,铅、镉的合格率分别为94.1%、98.7%,各类蔬菜铅、镉的单因子污染指数均小于1。结论 2010—2011年深圳市蔬菜中铅、镉污染程度较低。
Objective To determine the contents of lead and cadmium in vegetables sold in Shenzhen from 2010 to 2011 and evaluate the pollution status. Methods The contents of lead and cadmium were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The pollution status of different vegetable types was evaluated by single factor pollution index method. Results A total of 340 samples of 6 types of vegetables were collected in 2 years. The results showed that 320 were in line with national standards and 335 were in accordance with national standards. The pass rates of lead and cadmium were 94.1% and 98.7% respectively. The single factor pollution index of cadmium was less than 1. Conclusion The contents of lead and cadmium in vegetables in Shenzhen in 2010-2011 are low.
