本文基于农村商业银行刚脱胎于农村信用社的体制现状,对新体制下思想政治工作在指导思想的确立、工作体系的搭建两方面提出了建设性建议。本文认为,在新体制下,农村商业银行必须从现代金融企业制度所形成的新的产权关系、运行机制、思想观念出发,确立与现代金融企业制度对金融机构的基本要求相适应的指导思想,从机构搭建、制度设立、队伍与基地建设四方面建立思想政治工作新的工作体系。
Based on the status quo of RCCB born from rural credit cooperatives, this paper puts forward constructive suggestions on the establishment of guiding ideology and establishment of working system for ideological and political work under the new system. This paper argues that under the new system, rural commercial banks must set forth the guiding ideology that suits the basic requirements of financial institutions from the modern financial enterprise system based on the new property rights relations, operational mechanisms and ideological concepts formed by the modern financial enterprise system. We should establish a new work system for ideological and political work from the four aspects of institution building, institution establishment, troop and base construction.
