Four fluorine-containing benzimidazole derivatives were synthesized and characterized by FTIR. The conditions and methods for the synthesis of the compound were discussed. The results showed that the reaction of o-phenylenediamine with aromatic acid was performed with anhydrous pyridine as solvent, Phosphorus as a condensing agent and the reaction with aldehyde with methanol as a solvent, potassium ferricyanide as oxidant can be a higher yield
