以钢液中铵盐脱铜实验为例,分析了实验过程中引起坩埚内钢液质量变化的几种因素,对模拟工业喂丝法的铵盐脱铜实验数据进行了重新处理,得出了更为合理的钢液中铜含量与脱铜剂加入量之间的关系并与处理前实验结果进行了对比.
Taking the decalcification of ammonium salt in molten steel as an example, several factors that caused the change of molten steel mass in the crucible during the experiment were analyzed. The experimental data of ammonium decarburization simulated by industrial feeding method was reprocessed. A more reasonable relationship between the copper content in the molten steel and the amount of copper removal agent added was compared with the experimental results before treatment.
