在开发出催化性能良好的合成MTBE沸石分子筛催化剂的基础上 ,详细考察了反应条件 :包括温度、压力、空速、醇烯比等操作条件对改性 β沸石分子筛催化剂合成MTBE反应性能的影响。结果表明 :反应条件对催化剂活性、MTBE选择性及活性稳定性都有一定影响。在一定范围内反应温度升高 ,烯烃的转化率增加、MTBE的选择性不变 ,但反应温度过高 ,MTBE的选择性和催化剂的稳定性变差 ;反应压力必须大于系统完全液化压力 ;醇烯比大于 1时 ,对选择性和稳定性的影响程度小 ,醇烯比小于 1时 ,随反应深度增加 ,MTBE选择性和催化剂的稳定性变差。为了充分利用催化剂的性能 ,有一个比较合适的操作范围 ,在最佳反应条件T =70℃、P =2 1MPa ,MeOH IB =1 1 ,WHSV =4h- 1下 ,对改性 β分子筛的催化性能进行长期考察 ,结果表明 :催化剂的各项性能的稳定性很好。
On the basis of developing a catalyst with good catalytic activity, the effects of reaction conditions including temperature, pressure, space velocity and the ratio of alkene to albend on the reaction performance of MTBE modified zeolite beta zeolite catalysts were investigated in detail. The results show that the reaction conditions have certain influence on the activity of catalyst, MTBE selectivity and activity stability. In order to take full advantage of the catalyst performance, there is a suitable operating range. Under the optimal reaction conditions of T = 70 ℃, P = 21MPa, MeOH IB = 1, WHSV = 4h-1, Performance long-term inspection, the results show that: the stability of the catalyst performance is very good.
