校企合作是当前高等职业院校对传统教学模式变革而推行的一种培养适合社会与满足企业需求的人才的模式,在培养应用型技术人才的同时,又可以缓解高校办学条件不足等问题。本篇论文先简单介绍了校企合作的模式,然后具体分析了校企合作存在的主要问题,最后对建立职业教育校企合作长效机制进行探索和分析。
The cooperation between colleges and enterprises is a model of cultivating talents suitable for the society and meeting the needs of the enterprises, which is promoted by the higher vocational colleges at the moment of the transformation of the traditional teaching mode. While cultivating applied technical talents, it can also alleviate the problems such as the lack of conditions for running colleges and universities. This paper briefly introduces the mode of school-enterprise cooperation, then analyzes the main problems existing in the cooperation between school and enterprise, and finally explores and analyzes the establishment of long-term mechanism of cooperation between schools and enterprises.
