为了探讨菊苣胶囊防治糖尿病的作用机理,采用体内实验方法,观察本药对正常小鼠及不同高血糖模型小鼠血糖的影响。结果发现,该药物对正常小鼠血糖无明显作用;但可显著降低四氧嘧啶及肾上腺素模型小鼠血糖含量;同时升高肾上腺素模型小鼠肝糖原含量。初步表明,菊苣胶囊降糖作用与胰外途径有关,尤其是与增加肝糖原含量、减少肝糖原分解作用密切相关。
In order to investigate the mechanism of action of chicory capsule on the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus, the effects of this medicine on blood glucose in normal mice and mice with different hyperglycemia were observed by in vivo experiments. The results showed that the drug had no significant effect on the blood glucose of normal mice, but could significantly reduce the blood glucose levels of alloxan and adrenaline model mice, and at the same time increase the content of hepatic glycogen in the model mice of adrenalin. Preliminary evidence shows that the hypoglycemic effect of chicory capsule with the extra-pancreatic pathway, especially with increased hepatic glycogen content, reduce hepatic glycogen breakdown is closely related.
