在聚丙烯蜡分子链中引入羧基官能团,并用其作为玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯的界面处理剂。通过改进的单丝临界长度法测定了四种偶联剂与上述聚丙烯蜡共同处理的玻璃纤维与聚丙烯的界面剪切强度,发现改性或者未改性的聚丙烯蜡的加入都会使增强体系界面剪切强度明显提高,分析其原因可能是未改性的聚丙烯蜡分子链上本身含有一定的极性基团。但是,偶联剂种类的变化对体系界面剪切强度的影响却很小。
The carboxyl functional group was introduced into the polypropylene wax molecular chain and used as an interface agent for glass fiber reinforced polypropylene. The interfacial shear strength of glass fiber and polypropylene treated with the above four kinds of coupling agent and the polypropylene wax was determined by the improved monofilament critical length method, and it was found that the addition of the modified or unmodified polypropylene wax would increase the strength. The shear strength of the system interface is obviously improved. The reason for the analysis may be that the unmodified polypropylene wax molecule itself contains certain polar groups. However, the effect of the type of coupling agent on the interfacial shear strength of the system is small.
