采用柴油机气缸内辐射传热多区 (多维 )模型 ,对ω型燃烧室空间和曲面作与辐射多区模型相适应的数学处理和网格划分。充分考虑了燃烧室复杂的几何形状及气缸内不均匀的物性参数对辐射传热的影响 ,利用蒙特卡洛法计算燃烧室各壁面的辐射热流分布 ,同时还对油滴散射对热辐射的影响作了有益探索。结果表明本文所提供的模型和计算方法 ,可作为预测同类机型缸内热辐射研究的一种有效手段
The multi-zone (multidimensional) model of radiative heat transfer in the cylinder of diesel engine is used to deal with the mathematic treatment and meshing of the space and the surface of the ω-type combustor with the radiative multi-zone model. Considering the complex geometry of the combustion chamber and the influence of the inhomogeneous physical parameters of the cylinder on radiative heat transfer, the distribution of the radiant heat flux in each wall of the combustion chamber was calculated by the Monte Carlo method. The influence of the scattering of oil droplets on the thermal radiation was also considered Made a useful exploration. The results show that the model and calculation method provided in this paper can be used as an effective means to predict the in-cylinder thermal radiation of similar models
