邯钢贮运中心共有3台C型折返式翻车机卸车系统,其中2台翻车机投产以来,长期存在翻卸后的空车皮从翻车机本体内推出时脱钩的现象,有近四成的车皮翻卸后拨车机推出空车时钩头挂接不上,空车直接从本体内推出。空车在不受控的情况下从翻车机本体内溜出至迁车台上,与迁车台上的止挡器碰撞后返回停下。长此以往,不但车皮、迁车台设备受到碰撞破坏,而且还存在着人身及设备的安全隐患。本文针对此问题进行了详细分析,并提出了综合改造方案,经实施后取得了较好效果。
