近年来,市场经济高度发展,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,一个企业若想在这样的市场上生存下去,就要勇于创新。而一个企业创新发展的关键就是人力资源。人才越来越成为企业在竞争中能否占取优势的重要因素。相关理论表明:合适的人力资源管理政策在企业的战略选择中占有十分重要的地位。人力资源是一切创新的主体,适合企业的人力资源管理政策和实践能够有效提升员工个体创造力和组织创新能力,并且有利于企业在更大程度上实现企业自身的综合效益。基于此,重点讨论企业究竟应该使用何种人力资源政策和实践才能达到创新战略目标,进而提高企业的综合效率;并结合国外企业的相关经验,分析不同人力资源管理实践模式的特点。
In recent years, a highly developed market economy, competition between enterprises more and more fierce, an enterprise if you want to survive in such a market, we must have the courage to innovate. The key to a company’s innovation and development is human resources. Talent becomes more and more an important factor in whether an enterprise can take advantage of the competition. Relevant theories show that proper human resource management policies occupy a very important position in the strategic choice of enterprises. Human resources are the main body of all innovations. The human resources management policies and practices suitable for the enterprises can effectively enhance the individual creativity and organizational innovation ability of the employees, and help the enterprises to realize their own integrated benefits to a greater extent. Based on this, we should focus on what kind of human resources policies and practices should be used in order to reach the strategic goal of innovation, and then improve the overall efficiency of enterprises. Based on the relevant experience of foreign enterprises, we analyze the characteristics of different human resources management practices.
