对中国粳稻春江 0 6的抗白背飞虱特性进行系谱分析表明 ,春江 0 6对白背飞虱的拒取食和杀卵抗性均来源于秀水 6 2 0。秀水 6 2 0的亲本中 ,只有秀水 0 4具有较强的拒取食抗性 ,但没有杀卵抗性。在祥湖 2 4中检测到明显的杀卵反应。亲本秀水 0 4、单 2 0 9和辐农 70 9具有拒取食抗性 ,但测 2 1没有。单 2 0 9和辐农 70 9的共同亲本农虎 6号也具有拒取食抗性。然而 ,农虎 6号、农垦 5 8(日本粳稻 )和老虎稻 (中国粳稻地方品种 )不具有拒取食抗性 ,在田间表现出感虫性。农虎 6号、单 2 0 9、辐农 70 9和秀水 0 4表现出稳定的田间抗性。春江 0 6育种中的两个籼稻品种IR2 6和IR2 8高感白背飞虱 ,既无拒取食抗性 ,也无杀卵作用。
The phylogenetic analysis of the resistance of white japonica rice planthoppers to Chinese japonica rice Chun6.0 showed that the resistance to feeding and egg-laying of the whitebacked planthopper, Sogatella furcifera, in spring 2010 were all derived from Xiushui 6 2 0. Xiushui 6 2 0 parents, only Xiushui 0 4 has a strong resistance to food intake, but did not kill egg resistance. In Cheung Lake 24 detected significant ovicidal response. The parents Xiushui 0 4, Shan 2 0 9 and Fangnong 70 9 had resistance to feeding but did not test 2 1. The single 209 and the common parent Nonghu 6 of Wunong 709 also had resistance to food intake. However, Nonghu 6, Nongken 58 (japonica japonica) and Tiger (japonica rice) were not resistant to herbicide and showed resistance to insects in the field. Nonghu 6, Shan 2 0 9, Fangnong 70 9 and Xiushui 0 4 showed stable field resistance. Two indica rice varieties IR2 6 and IR2 8 in spring 0 0 breeding were highly susceptible to white-backed planthopper, and showed no resistance to feeding and no ovicidal effect.
