【药物类别】抗生素【适应证】细菌感染头孢菌素类抗生素是广谱半合成抗生素。具有抗菌作用强,耐青霉素酶,临床疗效高,毒性低,过敏反应较青霉素少等优点。根据抗菌谱和对革兰阴性杆菌抗菌活性的不同,头孢菌素可以分为3代。
