目的 :探讨以降低甘油三酯为主的调血脂药吉非贝齐 (GemfibrozilGem)对脂肪肝的治疗作用及机制。方法 :以高脂饮食饲喂Wistar大鼠 3个月诱发高脂性脂肪肝模型 ,造模成功后 ,模型鼠随机分为四组 ,分别为模型对照组 ,Gem高、中、低剂量组 ,另设正常对照组。结果 :a)血脂和肝内脂质变化 :与模型对照组相比 ,Gem高、中、低剂量组大鼠血TG和肝内TG的含量均明显下降。b)组织病理学检查 :用药组大鼠的肝脂肪变性较模型组明显好转 ,甚至可完全恢复正常。结论 :Gem能过改善体内脂质代谢达到治疗脂肪肝的目的。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Gemfibrozil Gem, a lipid-lowering lipid-lowering drug that mainly triglycerides, on fatty liver. Methods: Wistar rats were fed with a high-fat diet for 3 months to induce fatty liver model. After successful modeling, the model rats were randomly divided into four groups: model control group, Gem high, middle and low dose groups, Set the normal control group. Results: a) Lipid and intrahepatic lipid changes: Compared with the model control group, the contents of TG and TG in the high, medium and low dose Gem groups were significantly decreased. b) Histopathology examination: The hepatic steatosis of the treated group was significantly improved compared with that of the model group, and even completely returned to normal. Conclusion: Gem can improve lipid metabolism in vivo to achieve the purpose of treating fatty liver.
