目的 在分子水平上了解新生儿中性粒细胞的功能状态。方法 采用全血流式细胞术和直接免疫荧光法检测了 33例正常足月新生儿中性粒细胞CD11b平均荧光强度 (MFI)。 10例健康成人作对照。结果 自然分娩脐血和成人静脉血中性粒细胞CD11bMFI均低于择期剖宫产脐血和新生儿静脉血 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ,自然分娩脐血和成人静脉血间CD11bMFI差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 分娩方式影响新生儿中性粒细胞CD11b表达。足月儿中性粒细胞静息状态下CD11b表达已基本成熟
Objective To understand the functional status of neonatal neutrophils at the molecular level. Methods The mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of CD11b in neutrophils of 33 normal term neonates was measured by whole blood flow cytometry and direct immunofluorescence. 10 healthy adults as a control. Results CD11bMFI in both cord blood and adult venous blood in spontaneous delivery were lower than those in elective cesarean umbilical cord blood and newborn blood (all P <0.05). There was no difference in CD11bMFI between spontaneous cord blood and adult venous blood Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion The mode of delivery affects the expression of CD11b in neonatal neutrophils. Full-term neutrophil resting CD11b expression has been basically mature
