目的:研究扶正培本法对乳腺癌患者化疗后细胞免疫状态的影响。方法:对58例乳腺癌术前患者采用CAF方案化疗的同时辅以扶正培本法治疗,比较患者的生活质量、毒副反应、外周血淋巴细胞绝对数值及单个核细胞杀伤活性在治疗前后的改变。结果:中药加化疗组和单纯化疗组患者的生活质量提高率分别为34.5%和13.5%;中药加化疗组患者白细胞、血小板、淋巴细胞绝对数值以及外周血单个核细胞对不同乳腺癌细胞杀伤活性下降程度减轻,恢复快。结论:扶正培本法联合化疗治疗乳腺癌可以减轻化疗不良反应,改善临床症状,提高生活质量,提高免疫功能。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Fuzheng Peiben method on cellular immune status after chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. Methods: 58 cases of preoperative breast cancer patients were treated with CAF chemotherapy and supplemented with Fuzhengbenben method. The quality of life, toxic and side effects, absolute values of peripheral blood lymphocytes, and killing activity of mononuclear cells were compared before and after treatment. change. Conclusion: The treatment of breast cancer with Fu Zheng Pei Ben with chemotherapy can reduce adverse reactions to chemotherapy, improve clinical symptoms, improve quality of life, and improve immune function.
