我厂是成批生产柴油机和拖拉机的专业工厂,随着国內外大好形势的发展和我国工业农业大幅度增长的需要,对农机生产提出了更高的要求,不但要求质量好,而且要求数量多。磨削加工又是机械另件精密加工必不可少的工艺手段,在整个工艺过程中占着重要地位。过去我厂磨床的磨削速度都在35m/秒以下,处于落后状态,磨床的数量又少,远远滿足不了生产的需要,提高磨削效率已成为我们迫切需要解决的课題。于是,在厂党委的领导下,我厂成立了工人、领导干部、技术人员参加的高速磨削试验小组。这时我們还得到了贵阳第三砂轮厂积极主动的支援和协助,经过近一个月的努力,我們在M115外园磨床上进行了高速磨削试验,现将试验结果小结于下:
Our factory is a professional factory for mass production of diesel engines and tractors. With the development of excellent domestic and foreign situations and the substantial increase of industrial agriculture in our country, we have put forward higher requirements for agricultural machinery production, not only demanding good quality but also demanding more . Grinding is another piece of mechanical precision machining essential technological means in the entire process occupies an important position. In the past, the grinding speed of our factory grinding machines was below 35m / s, which was in a backward state. The number of grinding machines was small, far from meeting the needs of production. Improving the grinding efficiency has become an urgent issue that we need to solve. So, under the leadership of the factory party committee, I set up factory workers, leading cadres and technical personnel to participate in high-speed grinding test group. At this time we also get the third wheel factory in Guiyang proactive support and assistance, after nearly a month of hard work, we M115 outside the park grinder for high-speed grinding test, the test results are summarized below:
