文章根据热力学和声学的有关原理探索了声场对蔗糖溶液结晶成核过程的影响,简单介绍了试验设备,列出了较多的实验数据,对试验结果和今后发展前景作了讨论。
Based on the principles of thermodynamics and acoustics, the article explores the influence of sound field on the crystallization nucleation process of sucrose solution. The experimental equipment is briefly introduced and more experimental data are listed. The experimental results and future development prospects are discussed.
