郭沫若纪念馆陈列改造的思路是找寻一条隐喻、理智和设计理念 ,过分装饰无异于破坏 ,最大限度保留馆主的生活原貌和庭院环境 ,是利用名人故居设立纪念馆、进行陈列设计应遵循的原则。传统是过去的现代 ,现代是未来的传统 ,恰如其分地使用现代手段 ,与郭沫若融会中西 ,吞吐古今的学术主张一脉相承。改变编年体的通常模式 ,从文学、史学、人生历程三个角度 ,立体地刻画一个中国 2 0世纪球型发展的文化巨人。
