现在,我国有关发展学生核心素养的总体框架已经建立,各地发展学生核心素养的呼声越来越高,各所学校的具体实施做法正引来更多的关注目光。校长,学校的领头羊,学校发展的灵魂人物,应该努力让学生的核心素养落地,给社会交上一份满意的答卷。一、转变教育观念,立德树人教学质量是一所学校的生命线,但不是一所学校的全部。现在,校长必须转变观念,在提高教学质量的同时,更应该关注学生个体的发展,强调立德树人。
