本文对目前我国在中央送风大型冲天炉方面存在的一些主要问题进行了分析。如炉内气体流动的改善;中央风咀附近凝结现象的控制;氧化带与还原带形态的改变与调整;炉料顺行的保证;铁水成分的稳定控制;炉村和中央风咀衬层材料使用寿命的延长。在此基础上对大型中央送风冲天炉送风系统的合理设计和炉体结构形式提出一些初步看法。为探索比较适合我国今后大型冲天炉的发展途径,提出一些讨论意见和设想方案。因客观条件限制,未能进行的系统科学试验和生产考验仅供讨论参考。
This article analyzes some main problems that exist in the central air supply large cupola at present in our country. Such as the improvement of the gas flow in the furnace; the control of the condensation phenomenon near the central tuyere; the change and adjustment of the shape of the oxidation zone and the reduction zone; the guarantee of the charge in parallel; the stable control of the hot metal composition; Longer life expectancy. On this basis, some preliminary opinions are put forward on the reasonable design of the air supply system for the large central air blow cupola and the structure of the furnace body. In order to explore more suitable for our country in the future development of large cupola, put forward some suggestions and ideas for discussion.
