随着生态环境日益恶化,生态消费问题越来越受到国际社会的关注。经济发达国家通过消费者、政府、NGO、企业等的推动作用逐步提高了本国生态消费水平。近年来,我国也开始重视引导居民转变消费观念,促进生态消费,但目前尚未形成一整套合理的政策和配套措施来促进全社会生态消费模式的形成。通过与发达国家的生态消费主导模式进行分析比较,可以为建立适合我国国情和生态消费现状的政府主导型生态消费模式提供有益借鉴。
With the deteriorating ecological environment, the issue of ecological consumption has drawn more and more attention from the international community. Economically developed countries have gradually raised their ecological consumption level through the promotion of consumers, governments, NGOs and enterprises. In recent years, our country has also started to attach importance to leading residents to change consumption concepts and promote ecological consumption. However, a set of reasonable policies and supporting measures have not yet been formed to promote the formation of ecological consumption patterns in the whole society. Through the comparison and analysis with the dominant modes of ecological consumption in developed countries, it can provide useful reference for establishing a government-led ecological consumption mode that suits the national conditions and ecological consumption in our country.
