First, the preamble “ordinary high school English curriculum standards” made it clear that the language has a rich cultural connotation. Teachers should gradually expand the content and scope of cultural knowledge according to their age characteristics and cognitive abilities. The cultural knowledge related to English-speaking countries in teaching should be closely related to the daily life, knowledge structure and cognitive level of students, and stimulate students’ interest in learning English culture. “Teaching to do one ” is Tao Xingzhi “life education ” theory of teaching theory,
