采用响应面法优化了海藻酸钠-壳聚糖-粉末活性炭生物微胶囊(SA-CA-PAC)的制备工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,应用Plackett-Burman实验设计筛选影响微胶囊机械强度的重要参数,采用最陡爬坡实验逼近最大区域后,利用Box-Behnken设计确定重要参数的最佳水平。结果表明,影响微胶囊机械强度的重要参数为壳聚糖浓度、壳聚糖pH和液化时间。最佳工艺条件为:壳聚糖浓度1.799%,壳聚糖pH6.0,液化时间为7.31min。此时机械强度为730.31g/cm2,与实际值725.64g/cm2接近,表明模型拟合度好。
The preparation of sodium alginate-chitosan-powdered activated carbon biocapsules (SA-CA-PAC) was optimized by response surface methodology. Based on the single factor experiments, Plackett-Burman experimental design was used to screen the important parameters that affect the mechanical strength of the microcapsules. After the steepest ascent experiment approached the maximum area, the optimal parameters of the important parameters were determined by the Box-Behnken design. The results showed that the important parameters affecting the mechanical strength of microcapsules were chitosan concentration, chitosan pH and liquefaction time. The optimum conditions were: chitosan concentration of 1.799%, chitosan pH6.0, liquefaction time of 7.31min. At this point the mechanical strength of 730.31g / cm2, and the actual value of 725.64g / cm2 close, indicating good model fit.
