人是社会的主体,是社会和谐的主导力量。人是利益人,人的利益主要包括物质利益、精神利益、政治利益和发展利益。社会和谐问题归根结底是人的利益问题,构建和谐社会的根本问题在于解决好人的利益问题。解决好人的利益问题,主要是善于促进利益增长、调节利益均衡、做好利益保障、畅通利益表达、协调利益冲突。
People are the main body of society and the leading force of social harmony. People are the interests of people, the interests of people mainly include material interests, spiritual interests, political interests and development interests.
