现代词汇中对“钟”的理解,大多指报时工具。而在中国古代,最早的钟是作为一种乐器出现的,而且它的形制、用途等各方面都与今天的钟大不相同。那时的钟不仅是一种乐器,更是地位和权力象征的礼器。走进中国科技馆的“华夏之光”展厅,你可以看到一组曾侯乙编钟的部分复原模型。它如何发音?它与现在的钟有什么区别?它能否奏出现代音乐呢?
Modern vocabulary understanding of “bell ”, mostly refers to the timing tools. In ancient China, however, the earliest bell appeared as a musical instrument, and its shape and use differed from what it is today. The bell at that time was not only a musical instrument, but also a ceremonial instrument of status and power. Into the China Science and Technology Museum’s “Huaxia light” exhibition hall, you can see a group of Zeng Hou B bells partial recovery model. How is it pronounced?
