2011年,我国进出口总额36420.6亿美元,比上年同期增长22.5%,增幅同比回落12.2个百分点。其中,进口17434.6亿美元,增长24.9%,增幅回落13.8个百分点;出口18986亿美元,增长20.3%,增幅回落11个百分点;实现贸易顺差1551.4亿美元,下降14.5%。全国海关征收进出口税收(入库数)16119亿元,同比增长28.8%;其中,关税2559亿元,进口环节税13560亿元,分别增长26.2%和29.3%。进出口税收占全国税收总收入的18%,占中央本级收入的31.4%,对财政的贡献率比上年进一步提高。
In 2011, China’s total import and export volume reached 3.64202 trillion U.S. dollars, an increase of 22.5% over the same period of previous year, an increase of 12.2 percentage points year-on-year. Among them, the import was 17,434.66 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 24.9%, an increase of 13.8 percentage points. The export volume was 1.8986 billion U.S. dollars, up 20.3 percent, an increase of 11 percentage points. Its trade surplus was 155.140 billion U.S. dollars, down 14.5 percent. Import and export taxes (warehousing) collected by the national customs amounted to 1,611.9 billion yuan, up 28.8% over the same period of last year. Among them, the duty was 2555 billion yuan and the import link tax was 1,356 billion yuan, up by 26.2% and 29.3% respectively. Import and export taxes accounted for 18% of the total revenue of the state, accounting for 31.4% of the revenue of the central government and the contribution rate to the government was further raised over the previous year.
