本文根据中心裂纹均匀拉伸试件的平面应力断裂韧性关系式K_c=σ_c(πα_csec(πα_c/W))~(1/2)和限制条件σ_N/σ_s≤0.8,分析了试件几何参数2α_c/W对有效K_c试验值的影响。结果表明:2α_c/W=0.45是获得有效K_c试验值的最佳值;试件最小宽度W_(min)=35r_Y;当2α_c/W=0.31~0.59时,有效K_c试验值与最佳值的相对误差≤5%,当2α_c/W=0.24~0.68时,上述相对误差≤10%。本文的分析可供K_c试验、处理K_c试验数据以及建立K_c的标准试验方法作参考。
According to the plane stress fracture toughness relation K_c = σ_c (πα_csec (πα_c / W)) ~ (1/2) and the limiting condition σ_N / σ_s≤0.8 of the uniform tensile specimen with central crack, the influence of the geometric parameters 2α_c / W on the effective K_c test value. The results showed that: 2α_c / W = 0.45 is the best value for obtaining the effective K_c test value; the minimum width of the specimen is W_ (min) = 35r_Y; when 2α_c / W = 0.31 ~ 0.59, the relative value of the effective K_c test value and the optimum value Error ≤5%, when 2α_c / W = 0.24 ~ 0.68, the relative error ≤10%. The analysis in this paper can be used as a reference for the K_c test, the K_c test data and the standard test method for establishing K_c.
