目的:探讨食管癌外侵程度与腔内照射关系,以及对病人预后的影响。方法:1993年10月~1994年3月,23例中晚期食管癌病人接受外照射加腔内治疗,先常规外照射3800cGy/19次,然后行Ir192腔内照射。结果:13例生存1年以上,10例生存不满1年,这两组病人的病变长度、CT最大外侵程度、管腔直径、生存期的平均值分别为62cm,115mm、63mm、157个月和80cm、198mm、83mm、76个月。结论:食管癌病变长度小于50cm,CT最大外侵不超过15mm,管腔直径介于5~6mm之间,可能是腔内照射最好适应症
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the extent of esophageal cancer invasion and the intraluminal irradiation and the prognosis of patients. Methods: From October 1993 to March 1994, 23 patients with advanced esophageal cancer underwent external beam irradiation and intracavitary therapy. The external beam was initially exposed to 3800cGy / 19 times, followed by irradiation of Ir192 cavity. Results: Thirteen patients survived for more than 1 year and 10 patients survived for less than 1 year. The length of lesion, maximal invasion of CT, lumen diameter and survival time of the two groups were 62cm, 115mm, 6 3mm, 157 months and 80cm, 198mm, 83mm, 76 months. Conclusion: The length of esophageal cancer less than 5 0cm, CT maximum invasion of not more than 15mm, lumen diameter between 5 ~ 6mm, may be the best indication for endovascular irradiation
