1前言变压器在公路运输过程中实际产生的加速度值是运输过程中的重要参数之一,加速度值是用安装在变压器上的三维冲撞记录仪来记录的。国家标准GB1094.1-2013对变压器运输过程中的加速度有明确要求:变压器应设计、制造成能在各个方向承受至少3g连续加速度而无损坏,可采用基于连续加速度的静态力计算来证明。GB/T6451-2015中也明确规定,对于电压等级在66k V及以上且容量在31500k VA及以上的变压器在运输中应安装三维冲撞记录仪。
1 Introduction Transformer actual acceleration during road transport is one of the important parameters in the transport process. The acceleration value is recorded by a three-dimensional collision recorder installed on the transformer. The national standard GB1094.1-2013 has definite requirements on the acceleration in the process of transformer transportation: the transformer should be designed and manufactured to withstand at least 3g continuous acceleration in all directions without damage, which can be proved by static force calculation based on continuous acceleration. It is also clearly stipulated in GB / T6451-2015 that three-dimensional collision recorder should be installed in transformers for transformers with voltage level of 66kv and above and capacity of 31500k VA and above.
