我科自1978年10月至1979年5月于肺炎好发季节,服用我院药厂制备的肺炎冲剂、止喘冲剂治疗小儿肺炎取得近期满意的疗效,现将资料完整的82例报告如下:一、临床资料:1.年龄:本组82例,喘憋型组45例,非喘憋型组37例。2月——1岁47例,占57.3％,2—3岁22例,占26.8％,4岁以上13例,占15.8％。可见年龄愈小,肺炎的发病率愈高。2.性别:男性55人,女性27人,男∶女为2∶1。3.季节:以冬春季节为多。4.症状与体征:见表1
