目的:研究一种消除CT扫描时胃内气液面所产生伪影的药物及使用方法。材料及方法:实验室研究表明,以枸橼酸、碳酸氢钠为发泡剂,羧甲基纤维素钠为固泡剂,使气泡不断产生,且能较长时间浮于表面,从而形成由造影剂到气体逐渐递减的密度差,达到消除液平面的设想是可行的。随机抽查普通法(只服水300~500ml,或加少量泛影葡胺)CT检查120例作为对照组,试验组120人均服消伪药物。按胃内气液面消除情况评优差片。结果:对照组优片67,差片53,试验组优片118,差片2,二者有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:所研究消伪药物可从根本上消除CT扫描胃内气液面所产生的伪影。最后对药物密度,产泡最佳时间,服用方法等进行讨论。
