本文对以天然凝灰岩为骨料生产的高强轻质砼进行了研究。对各龄期的不同形状、不同尺寸的大量试件进行了试验。得到的特性包括:容重、泊松比、静弹性模量、试件尺寸及形状效应、抗压强度随龄期的增长和不同养护条件下的劈裂抗拉强度及挠折模量。这种凝灰岩骨料主要来源于约旦东北部。经过对砼配合比的调整并利用常规方法即可得到高质量的轻质砼。它适用于预应力钢筋砼结构,其90天抗压强度可高达60MPa。
In this paper, natural tuff as aggregate production of high-strength lightweight concrete were studied. A large number of specimens of different shapes and sizes in different ages were tested. The obtained properties include bulk density, Poisson’s ratio, static elastic modulus, specimen size and shape effect, compressive strength with age and splitting tensile strength and flexural modulus under different curing conditions. This tuff aggregate mainly comes from northeast Jordan. After the adjustment of concrete mix and use conventional methods to get high quality lightweight concrete. It is suitable for prestressed concrete structure, its 90 days compressive strength up to 60MPa.
