丽水市人民政府令第72号《丽水市区房屋登记办法》已经市人民政府第100次常务会议审议通过,现予公布,自2012年2月1日起施行。市长王永康二〇一一年十二月二十八日第一章总则第一条为规范房屋登记行为,维护房屋交易安全,保护权利人的合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国物权法》、《房屋登记办法》(建设部令第168号)等法律、法规、规章规定,结合本市市区的实际,制定本办法。
