武术功法是指以掌握和提高武术套路和格斗技术、诱发武技所需要的人体潜能为目的,围绕提高身体某一运动素质或锻炼某一特殊技能为目的而编组的专门练习。本文通过文献资料法,比较法分析等研究方法,首先阐述了武术功法运动,进而分析了武术功法对现代散打技术训练的影响和作用,力争把武术功法运用到现代散打技术训练当中,意在提高运动员的各项身体素质、击打和抗击打能力,为散打技术训练的创新和发展起到一定的借鉴意义。
Martial arts exercises refer to special exercises that are grouped around the purpose of improving a certain athletic performance or exercising a special skill in order to master and improve martial arts routines and combat techniques and to induce the potential of a human body necessary for martial arts.
