Through the measurement of rolling force, spindle torque, upper and lower shaft torsion, roll gap, main motor current, voltage and speed, entrance of rolling stock and temperature before shearing, The actual energy parameters and load level under variety specifications and conditions have accumulated the relationship between the rolling temperature and the energy parameter, which provides a scientific basis for improving the production technology and technological transformation of the continuous rolling mill in the future.
